Steps to Manage Your Quotation Status Process
1. Open Impact Designer Admin.
2. Select ”Production hub” on the navigation panel.
3. Move to the right. Click on the Production Hub Settings dropdown and select “Quotation Settings.”
4. The Quotation Settings page will appear. Scroll down to Quotation Status. You’ll find a predefined set of stages for quotations. You can update the Status Text and Status Background Color as needed.
5. Click “Add Another Status” to create new stages based on your requirements.
6. After adding or updating statuses, scroll down and click “Save” to update the quotation settings.
