Steps to Configure Quotation ID
1. Open Impact Designer Admin.
2. Select ”Production hub” on the navigation panel.
3. Move to the right. Click on the Production Hub Settings dropdown and select “Quotation Settings.”
4. The Quotation Settings page will appear. Here, you need to set the quotation ID format, including Quote Prefix, Starting Number, and Postfix.
- Quote Prefix is a group of letters placed before the starting number of the quotation ID.
- Starting Number is a dynamic number that increments with each new quotation created.
- Postfix is a group of letters placed after the starting number of the quotation ID.
5. After filling in the form fields, scroll down and click “Save.”
