Steps to Auto Convert a Quotation to an Order
1. Open Impact Designer Admin.
2. Select ”Production hub” on the navigation panel.
3. Move to the right and click the Production Hub Settings dropdown, then select “Quotation Settings.”
4. Scroll down and enable the checkbox Auto Convert a Quotation to Order if a Customer Makes a Partial Payment.
5. Scroll down and click “Save.”
► You can also set the percentage amount required to convert a quote into an order.
