To fetch order status from E-Commerce to Impact Designer for scanning the order barcodes, you can use the Generate option.
Steps to Sync Order Status from E-Commerce for Scanning Order Barcode
1. Open Impact Designer Admin.
2. Select ”Production hub” on the navigation panel.

3. Move to the right and click the dropdown of Production hub settings, then select “Barcode settings.”

4. From the top right, click “Barcode settings.”

5. A new page will open, and select the “Generate” button.

6. Once the order statuses are synchronised, you will get a success message.

7. You can view all the order statuses in the Order Module section.

You have successfully synced the order statuses from your E-Commerce!
