Steps to Notify Agents When a New Job is Assigned
1. Open Impact Designer Admin.
2. Select ”Production hub” on the navigation panel.
3. Move to the right. Click on the Production hub settings drop-down and select “Production settings.”
4. The production settings page will appear. Click on the Agent will automatically get a notification when a new job is assigned checkbox to enable it.
5. Scroll down and click on the “Save” button.
Now the assigned agents will get a notification when a new job is assigned to them!
