Steps to Enable Creation of Bulk Purchase Orders
1. Open Impact Designer Admin.
2. Select ”Production hub” on the navigation panel.
3. Move to the right. Click on the Production hub settings drop-down and select “Purchase order settings.”
4. The purchase order settings page will appear. Click on the “Enable creation of bulk purchase orders”
► By enabling this, the system will show an option to create the POs against the orders for which POs have not yet been created.
5. Now you can set a reminder day against the orders from where POs are not created.
6. If you want to skip orders above a specific quantity, then you can set it in the text field below the order quantity exception checkbox.
7. Scroll down and click on the “Save” button.
Now you have enabled the option for the creation of a bulk purchase order!
