Zapier is a tool for automating business and productivity tasks by creating workflows between different apps and services.
What is a Zap
A Zap is an automated workflow that connects your apps and services together. Each Zap consists of a trigger and one or more actions. When you turn your Zap on, it will run the action steps every time the trigger event occurs.
Zapier Integration Process
Step 1: Sign in to your Zapier account and create a Zap.
Step 2: Search for the app “Impact Designer” and select it.
Step 3: In the event search box, select the event.
Step 4: Choose an account to connect to Zapier and click on the “Sign In” button.
Step 5: After clicking “Sign In”, you’ll be redirected to a new page where you must allow access to Zapier by entering the following three credentials:
- Impact Designer Admin User ID
- Impact Designer Admin Account Password
- Designer Studio Website Address (for example: your-website.com/designer)
Now click on the “Continue” button.
You have successfully connected your Impact Designer app with Zapier!
