What is Printful?
Printful is an on-demand printing and fulfillment company that helps people turn their ideas into brands and products.
Installation Process
Step 1: Log in to the Impact Designer Admin using your admin credentials.
Step 2: On the navigation menu, go to Global Settings > Integration and click on the “Install” button shown on the Printful app icon.


Step 3: After clicking “Install”, it will redirect you to a page where you must grant authorized access to Impact Designer to connect or link your Printful account.

Step 4: Check whether Printful is installed. Go to Home > Settings > Integration, and on the Printful icon, an Installed tag will be shown.

Step 5: Go to Home > Products and click on the “Import Catalog” button.

Step 6: You will be redirected to the catalogs page. Click on the “Printful” box to import catalog products from Printful.

Step 7: You can import from the range of products supplied by Printful to your website. When a custom order is placed on these products through the Impact Designer Studio, the order data will sync with your Printful account. Printful will handle order production and drop-ship directly to your customer.
How to Track Printful Orders
Go to Home > Production Hub > Orders and click on the “Printful” tab.
