Memcached is an easy-to-use, high-performance, in-memory data store. It helps make web applications faster and more efficient by caching frequently accessed data in memory.
Steps Enable API Caching with Memcache
Step 1: Log in to the Impact Designer Admin with your admin credentials.
Step 2: On the navigation menu, go to Global Settings > Integration and click the “Set Up’ button under the Memcache icon.
Step 3: The Memcache Settings page will appear. Fill in the necessary credentials for your server and click the “Save” button.
- Memcache Host – By default, “localhost” is set here, or the host where Memcache is installed.
- Memcache Port – The port number.
You can enable or disable the settings by clicking “Enable API Data Caching with Memcache.”
