1. Overview

Impact Designer is a software product owned and operated by Impact Merch (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Impact Designer is provided as a subscription-based service and is part of the broader Impact Merch platform. All billing charges may appear under “Impact Merch” on customer statements.

By accessing or using Impact Designer, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Impact Designer is a digital, browser-based design tool that allows users to:

• Create and customize merchandise products
• Generate design outputs and associated order data
• Integrate with WooCommerce or other supported platforms
• Store and manage design-related content

This is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) offering. No physical goods are included.

3. Account & Access

• You must provide accurate account information
• You are responsible for maintaining login credentials
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of these Terms.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Impact Designer is billed on a recurring subscription basis
• Billing will continue until canceled by the user
• Charges may appear as “Impact Merch” on your bank or credit card statement

You authorize us to charge your payment method for all recurring fees.

5. No Refund Policy (Important)

All payments are final and non-refundable.

• We do not provide refunds for:
  • Partial billing periods
  • Lack of usage
  • Accidental purchases
  • Failure to cancel before renewal

By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

6. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation prevents future billing
• You will retain access until the end of the current billing period

No prorated refunds will be issued.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful or harmful purposes
• Upload or create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the platform

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts violating these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your uploaded designs
• You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display content for service operation
• The platform, software, and systems remain the property of Impact Merch

9. Service Availability

We strive for uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We are not liable for:

• Downtime
• Data loss
• Third-party service interruptions

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous billing period

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
