Simple decoration costs allow you to add an optional printing setup amount to the overall printing cost.
Steps to Set Simple Decoration Costs
1. Open Impact Designer Admin.
2. Click “Print Profile” in the navigation panel.
3. In the Print methods page, select your print method and click “Edit”
4. Select the Price Setting tab.
5. Click “Add print pricing”.
6. A pop-up named Select pricing appears. Under the Different price setup, select the Simple decoration cost checkbox. Click “Apply”
7. Under the Simple Decoration Cost, give your price in the text box. Then click “Save price setting”
You have successfully set simple decoration costs!
Example:
How will the tool calculate pricing based on the price configuration?
Hypothetical Question:
Product Price = $12
Simple decoration cost = $4
Total number of customized sides = 4
Order Quantity = 20
Answer:
Simple decoration cost = $4
Total number of customized sides = 4
Decoration price = Simple decoration cost x Total number of sides customized
= $4 x 4
= $16
The price will be shown to the customer:
Product Price + Decoration price (Simple decoration cost)
= $12.00 + $16.00
= $28
So, the final price of the product will be $28.
► The order quantity will not be multiplied by the simple decoration cost.
