Example:
How the tool will calculate the cost based on the price configuration?

Order Range = 1- 180
Total print area = 2

Hypothetical Question 1:
For an order placed for 66 T-shirts priced at $17 each, with one side customized. On the first side, two texts are added, and different fonts are used. So, what will be the final price of the product?

Answer:
Order Quantity = 66
Number of customized sides = 1
Total number of fonts added = 2
Price of first font = $4
Price of second font = $2

Font Price = Price of first font + Price of second font
= $4 + $2
= $6

As the font is added on the first side, it will take the price from the 1st Print area tab.

Then, the quantity of products is 66 so it will take the price from the quantity range 61-120. i.e., 35%

Now, the percentage that we get from the quantity range will be calculated over the font price.

Then, Quantity Tier Price = (Font Price) – (35% x Font Price)
= $6 – (35% x $6)
= $6 – $2.1
= $3.9

Now, Decoration price = Quantity Tier Price x Order Quantity
= $3.9 x 66
= $257.40

The price will be shown to the customer:
Product Price + Decoration Price
= ($17 x Order Quantity) +  $257.40
= ($17 x 66) + $257.40
= $1122 + $257.40
= $1379.40

So, the final price of the product will be $1379.40

Hypothetical Question 2:
For an order placed for 150 T-shirts priced at $17 each, with both sides of the product customized. On the first side, two texts are added, which have two different fonts, and on the second side, another two texts with two different fonts are added. So what will be the final price of the product?

Answer:
Order Quantity = 150
Number of customized sides =2
Total number of fonts added = 4
Price of first font = $4.00
Price of second font = $3.00
Price of third font = $2.50
Price of fourth font = $1.50

► For the fonts that are added on the first side, the calculation will be done from the tab 1st Print area, and for the fonts that are added on the second side, the calculation will be from the tab 2nd Print area.

Calculation for 1st Print Area
First, we will calculate the price of fonts that are added on the first side

Font Price for first side = Price of first font + Price of second font
= $4 + $3
= $7

As the fonts are added on the first side so the calculation will be done from the 1st Print area tab.

Then, the quantity of product is 150. So it will take the percentage value from the quantity range 121-180. i.e., 45%

Now, the percentage value that we get from the quantity range will be calculated over the front price. Then,
Quantity Tier Price for 1st Print area
= (Font Price for first side) – (45% x Font Price for first side)
= $7 – (45% x $7)
= $7 – $3.15
= $3.85

Calculation for 2nd Print area
Font Price for second side  = Price of third font + Price of fourth font
= $2.50 + $1.50
= $4

As the fonts are added on the second side, it will take the price from the 2nd Print area tab.

Then, the quantity of product is 150. So it will take the percentage value from the quantity range 121-180. i.e., 50%

Now, the percentage that we get from the quantity range will be calculated over the front price. Then,
Quantity Tier Price for 2nd print area
= (Font  Price for second side) – (50% x Font Price for second side)
 = $4 – (50% x $4)
 = $4 – $2
 = $2

Now, we will add both the Quantity Tier Price, which we get from the 1st Print area, and the 2nd Print area

So, Quantity Tier Price = 1st Print Area + 2nd Print area
= $3.85 + $2
= $5.85

Decoration price = Quantity Tier Price x Order Quantity
= $5.85 x 150
= $877.50

The price will be shown to the customer:
Product Price + Decoration Price
= ($17 x Order Quantity) +  $877.50
= ($17 x 150) + $877.50
= $2550 + $877.50
= $3427.50

So, the final price of the product will be $3427.50
