Example:
How will the tool calculate the cost based on the price configuration?

Hypothetical Question 1:
For an order placed for 1 T-Shirt priced at $14 each, and the design is added only on one side so what will be the final price of the product?

Answer:
Print area = A3
Quantity = 1
Total number of customized sides = 1

As the design is added only in the first print area so it will take the price from the tab 1st Print area.

As the print area on the product is A3, for A3 price is $9
Then, the Quantity tier price = $9.

Now, Decoration price Quantity tier price x Order Quantity
= $9 x 1
= $9

The price will be shown to the customer:
Product Price + Decoration Price
= ($14 x Order Quantity) +  $9
= ($14 x 1) + $9
= $14 + $9
= $23

So, the final price of the product will be $23

Hypothetical Question 2:
For an order placed for 40 T-shirts priced at $14 each, and a design is added on 2 sides so what will be the final price of the product?

Answer:
Print area for 1st side = A3
Print area for 2nd side = A4
Total number of customized sides = 2
Quantity= 1

► The design is added to both sides of the product. For the design added on the first side, the calculation will be done from the tab 1st Print area, and for the design added on the second side, the calculation will be from the tab 2nd Print area.

For the 1st print area: As the first side of the product is configured with an A3 print area, it will take the price from the row  A3, ie., $9.

For the 2nd print area: As the second side of the product is configured with an A4 print area, it will take the price from the row  A4, ie.$6.

Now, we will add both the prices that we get from the 1st Print area and the 2nd Print area

So, Quantity tier price = 1st Print Area + 2nd Print area
= $9 + $6
=$15

Now, Decoration price Quantity tier price x Order Quantity
= $15 x 40
= $600

The price will be shown to the customer:
Product Price + Decoration Price
= ($14 x Order Quantity) +  $600
= ($14 x 40) + $600
= $560 + $600
= $1160

So, the final price of the product will be $1160.
