How to Add a Product Category in PrestaShop Admin

Steps to Add a Product Category in PrestaShop Admin

1. Log in to PrestaShop Admin.
2. From the left menu bar, select Catalog and click “Categories.”

3. Move to the right and click “Add new category.”

4. A new page will open. In Name, enter the name of the category and set Displayed as Yes.
5. From the Parent category, select your desired category.

6. Scroll down and find Group access. Assign the category for the type of user

7. Click “Save.”

Your category has been added successfully!
