Step 1: Log in to your BigCommerce Admin account.
Step 2: On the store admin dashboard, go to the Settings page.
Step 3: On the Settings page, go to the API section and click on “API Accounts.”
Step 4: On this page, click on “Create API Accounts”. Fill out the form as suggested below.
Create Account:
i) Token type: V2/V3 API token
Name: ImpactDesigner
ii) Copy the auto-generated API path and save/keep it somewhere.
iii) You have to give api access/Oauth scopes
Click on “save.”
Step 5: A pop-up will appear. Save the API credentials.
Save the following details after creating the API account that you have followed through the above Step 4 (ii) and Step 5. All this information will be required at the time of Impact Designer installation.

- Client ID
- Client secret
- Access token
