What it does
When enabled, Impact Designer sends a webhook to your Make scenario whenever a new order is created (event: order.created). The payload includes order details plus links (work order slip, order download, admin order page, artwork file links, and Dropbox links if enabled).
Setup
- In Make, create a scenario:
- Add Webhooks → Custom webhook
- Copy the webhook URL
- In Impact Designer (Admin UI):
- Go to Admin → Integrations → Make
- Paste the Make Webhook URL
- Save/enable the integration
Optional: Use Dropbox links in Make payload
- Enable and connect Dropbox Export
- In Make integration, enable “Prefer Dropbox links” (if shown)
- When enabled, artwork URLs in the payload will use Dropbox share links (based on your Dropbox settings)
Backfill (send past orders)
If you need to push older orders into Make, use the Backfill option on the Make integration page and choose the date range / number of orders.
